Not sure about that. I expect it is though. You can make a healthy fried bread with it :)!

What meals do you cook with it? I'm always looking to improvise my cooking skills and what does taste nice it putting drizzled coconut in my porridge. Sweetens it in a really pleasant way.

Well, I bet it's better than taking these artificial fat products that can do more harm than good. I have no need to try it as I don't declare myself fat :-)! But you never know what will happen in the future. Which country are you in? People use them here in the UK!

If you take up to 5 tablespoons per day, it is meant to help you strip fat. Not sure if anyone has tried it on here though?

Yes from the research i have done it's great for food, as an added flavor but also to help regulate the thyroid glands and to boost energy levels.
